I'm sorry if I didn't reply right, I'm new to posting things lol. I see no one replied yet, but it's possible to get the enchantment you're looking for from a shop. Save in front of the person selling that sells the armour and weapons, then kill them and reload the save you can repeat this as much as you want until you get the specific enchantment you're looking for and I hope I was able to help.
