(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As many of you know, Grand Thief Auto III, rated 4th best game of all time by Game Informer and Game of the Year by IGN IN 2001, was scheduled to be released onto the PlayStation Store on July 31st 2012. This classic game being released onto PlayStation got a lot of people's hopes up, only be be shattered when GTAIII was no where to be found on the PlayStation Store after the Update on July 31st.

Rockstar has said the following in response to GTAIII no appearing on the PlayStation Store after the Update on July 31st.

“There were some last minute issues with getting clearance for a certain audio track in the game,” said the company’s Morgan Haro. “But the teams at Rockstar are on it to review how to best get this title on PSN.”

So far no second release date for the game onto the PlayStation Store as a PS2 classic has been announced, which leaves some doubts that it will not be released onto the PlayStation Store tomorrow on the weekly Tuesday Update.
