Also my Spanish account? (When you make an account it is region locked but don't think about this). I am fairly sure that if I buy it on one of my accounts it will be on the rest but not sure if I will be premium on those accounts.

if you link all of them to a single battlelog account you will be premium

I bought premium on my main Xbox Live account and when I logged onto another account to play BF3 it said I unlocked premium.
