This is not a menu, it's a script. You wouldn't even know how to add it to a menu so none of this applies to you. The menu you are referring is a completely different thread.

Go back to the thread where I released the "menu" on and read the title, it has "Mod Loader" in it right? If I would have made everything in it, it would have said something like "MrOkra's Built From Scratch Menu", but it don't, I made the mod loader and used what resources I could find to load it up, know? And the reason I said something about editing is because it appears you have like 6 tuts on how to edit c.o.d patcheshgodwhy:. Hes not selling the menu, the only reason that menu is in the video is so he can activate the script. He is probably selling the SCO file to activate it. Like I said, from reading what you think GTA modding is, you probably have no clue what a script is or how to even use it, let alone write one. You can put an SCO in any "Loader" Menu, or work it in to your own personal menu. Hes not selling the fucking loader, go back to CoD.

Coding for GTA4 is ALOT harder than coding for COD.

Unlike COD, it's not just one file (.gsc) with loads of code in it. Each script, or what you could refer to as a function in COD, has it's own .sco file.

He is charging solely for his .sco, not for the menu.

However, given that most people who want to hack GTA4 have already done so, giving them an extra ability to throw cars wouldn't screw up the game any more than any other mods.
