Post: Reset Stats Feature - Your Opinion

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As you may already know, Battlefield 3 Premium members have the option of resetting their stats via Battlelog. As a Premium, doing this has not even crossed my mind, which is why I wanted to ask you for your thoughts.

I was under the impression it resets everything, including your rank. After some research I found that it only resets your Score Per Minute, Win Loss, Kill Death Ratio and Accuracy.

Here are some before and after shots courtesy of You must login or register to view this content. site:

Interestingly, you can reset your stats as many times as you want, and even do it multiple times in one day. You could reset your stats and get a massive score per minute playing nothing but Close Quarters Domination.

Back to the original purpose of this thread. Have you ever reset your stats? If you did, what made you do it?

Personally, the only way I see that resetting my stats will benefit me is my K/DR, win/loss ratio and SPM will increase. I have improved quite a lot as a Battlefield player since I decided to purchase it.

Go ahead and post your thoughts about the stat reset feature. Good or bad? Unfair? Have your say Smile

BF3 and call of duty have their ways of cross-competing with different, similar features. Hence the Premium, and elite. Resetting stats, and MW3 resetting. The FREE call of duty elite, and the battle log.

Very similar and it's all just a way of competing. Personally it's gotta be the dumbest thing. I understand why some people would if they cared about stats but, to me, it's just flat out retarded.
