basicly i only have one ps3 which is the 3.55 one but my friend could borrow me his PS3 which is the OFW one.

To answer your question, yes you can, but I would never recommend that. If anything you can sell your CFW and get good money for it. Also if you have a CFW with mods on it, then update to 4.21, you will still have the GTA IV mods you originally put on it, you just will never be able to change the mods or add things to it in the future.

The question is somewhat illogical. If you have 2 ps3s, why would upgrade your 3.55? Surely it would make more sense to just transfer from 3.55CFW to OFW and play online using that? Unless you have 2 3.55s, then it's pointless to upgrade.

Also, if you have E3 Flasher, then you don't even need 2 Ps3s
