DICE has cut it quite fine with August starting to come to a close. Much hype spread around gaming websites during August regarding this bonus content. Did all the hype seal the fate of this Premium Bonus Content Drop? What are your thoughts on it? Is this what you had in mind for bonus content?

There are some weapons and assignments that are exclusive to Premium, along with a handfull of dog tags for completing those assignments. All of that is exclusive to Premium. That is the bonus stuff I was referring to, not what everyone gets with individually purchased DLC... The bottom line is, I pre-paid for the bonus stuff I was expecting from premium, otherwise I would just buy the DLC individually as they are released.

You want to talk about stupid?!? Your argument this whole time has been that everyone MUST see it your way, lol. If you are done crying about us expressing our opinions, then just stop.

I didnt say everyone had to see it my way. I just don't understand why everyone is angry. Also, I only wanted to say you were stupid because if you didn't want the stuff in premium, you would rather pay more money for less.

Some people don't feel like dropping the money in advance (and some don't have it).

People are angry because they expected more from the program, and if you still don't understand that then don't be calling others stupid. Glass houses and all.

Okay but what got them to raise their expectations so high? EA never said anything about, or hinted to anything in the Content drops until 6 days before its release.

Perhaps some of us think the words "content drop" implies, get this, content for your game. Here is also the image they use, which further supported that expectation:

Regardless of wether you agree with that expectation or not, it's one many of us had, and are therefore disappointed.

I guess it could be misleading but even so, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high unless EA confirms something.
