However GTA still runs so laggy and theres a second delay when I press the keys. Does anyone know how I can resolve these lagging issues? Thanks

List your GPU CPU and Ram

Go to Start > Computer > System Properties then list all of your system specs, that should help.

I used to play 9Dragons kinda like WoW and it would run slow, so theres this program called game booster. it worked great!
