NextGenUpdate Minecraft Server

The official NextGenUpdate Minecraft server, run by me, is going to be making a return very soon. This server is going to be bigger and better than the last one with the ability for bigger worlds, more players and many more plugins.
Best of all, this server will not be running from donations toward the server and will instead be based upon your usergroup here on NextGenUpdate. This means that the server will be online 24/7 for your enjoyment and you will be allocated into a server group based on your current NextGenUpdate status, such as Premium or Elite.
Due to me not running a server for a while, please suggest the best features and plugins you would like on this server, and anything that would be a nice addition to the Premium or Elite groups on the server.

Few simple ones like (not sure of the names sorry):
- Chest Protection (for obvious reasons)
- Safe Zones (if there are shops off spawn.. people cant kill after purchase)
- Some sort of economy plug in (so people can buy blocks/items etc..)
- Faction Plug In
- Protection Stones aswell maybe?
All i can really think of!

Please dont make it shit like the other MC servers, allow griefing only on survival and dont have things such as locket or protect on chests in survival other wise it is juts pointless
