Actually its not, all they have to do is make it optional, but limit what u can do with out it

Are you kidding me?! Who the fuck do Sony thing they are? A fucking Federal Agency?! God this ticks me off. Soon enough we wont be able to take a disc to a friends house and play it there because it "pirating". If my friend wants to let me get on his account and download the games he paid for, then that should be his choice. If Sony actually tries to implement this system into ANY of its products, I will be one of the many hundreds of thousands of people suing Sony.

If our government does a shitty job at handling our privacy, what makes them think I'll hand such information of mine to a corporation? Can't believe I'm saying this but I am now considering the nextgen xbox as an option.
