Yes , You can make it if you are a good coder ! you need to change the vaIue of .dat fiIe.
But to make it work for pIaystation 3 you need to deIete the officiaI GTA IV update wich is 1.06. and remplace .dat file.
ActuaIIy there onIy this method and I dont know if there's another method.
Take a Iook at [url=psx-scene.com/forums][color=#GOLDEN]PSX-SCENE[/color][/url] there tutorial on how to mod .dat file and there are some .dat already modded .

i belive if you have it installed to your hdd or a digital copy you can find the .dat that has handaling lines in it. im not sure but i think its just like pc. a .dat can be edited with wordpad++

damn i only have the disk and tbogt downloaded might have to wait till next week when i get paid till i can buy it :satisfied:
