By the looks of it you can pick up objects around the map and create weapons? he/she puts some sort of ladders on the table and at the end has some sort of riotshield made out of the same thing... ?

Wow, they are so fucking lazy. They used the exact same animation when "Building" those items as was used for pack-a-punch. Seriously, it can't be that hard to make another fucking animation.
