CURRENTLY THIS IS PC/XBOX ps3 is in progress but believe me i am upset as well!
heres all the info you need.
THIS IS NOT MY PROGRAM, THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM AND CODE WAS A COMPILED PROGRAM MADE FROM Rick AKA Gibbs. ALSO, THE COMPILER/SETID FIXER WAS Kryptos1018.
THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK, ALWAYS MAKE BACKUP SAVES BEFORE USING THIS EDITOR DUE TO RAW DATA ISSUES OCCURRING AND USERS SAVES BEING CORRUPTED.
IMPOTANT: DO NOT MESS WITH DLC ID's AND DO NOT TRY ADDING THE DLC TO YOUR SAVEDATA OR IT WILL GIVE A ERROR MESSAGE DISPLAYING THAT THE DLC HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED YET.

You use this Editor at you OWN RISK and remember to make a backup beforehand.
How to use
1 - You will need either Modio or Horizon downloaded and open.
2 - Drag your gamesave into Horizon/Modio
3 - Click on the contents tab
4 - Extract the SaveGame.sav from the save file
5 - Open it up in the editor
6 - Make changes then hit save
7 - Replace(not inject new file) SaveGame.sav with the modded one.
8 - Rehash and Resign
