This is a easy way to get a bunch of VC.
1)get on your Computer and 2K13 at same time
2)start quick match (1v1)
3)lag the shit out of your connection(upload a video or use net tools)
4)when you lag out of the match you get the full VC for finishing the game and for winning and team quality

its really simple thats all you have to do if i can find a video il post it here
