It's a save that has modified the handling of all the cars. I know how to do this on PC but not on PS3

Its not possible through a save game. the mod is in the common.rpf, which is on the disc. The only way to to this mod is to backup a copy of gta4 on a cfw ps3. mod the file and play it on a backup manager.
Other methods tried : You can NOT mod it on the Playstation store version of gta4 game, because the common.rpf on there is and EDAT file. This means its encrypted. lol
