as stated above BLUS (US Save region) you can get a save file from someone on the post or my save and use its region. You must login or register to view this content.

skillpoints is 99
money is 99,999,999
eradium is 99
max ammos is giving the full upgraded ammo with filled clip and mag

Out of curiosity, does it have to be max?

Like, say I need 53 skill points to max out my character tree. Can you just put that much? Or will it be 99 regardless?
