343 Industries has today confirmed the release of the Halo 4 "War Games Pass" which will be included in the Limited Edition of the game and sold separately at a later date.
The pass will give owners access to the three new content packs which will be available for download over a five month period. The first pack is set for release in December with the last being in April. A pack will also be released in February although the exact dates are unknown. The pass will cost 2000 MS points and will represent a 15% decrease in the cost of buying them individually. Players who purchase the pass will also gain access to two in-game helmets and a "unique in-game emblem".
