ok well here is a link with some good mods You must login or register to view this content. whe you have downloaded the update.img you'll need to go on filezila or comgenies and go to dev_hdd0 - game - bles/blus (for you game) then go into userid and the update.img file should be in there just replace it and you should be good to go if you need anymore help just let me know

the last one where? ive checked the whole gta4 folder and its not there
