Tutorial:
-Load GTA IV
-Connect a usb keyboard to ps3
-Host a match (Deathmatch) No need to be private
-Hit "L3+R3" on controller, go to "mod menus" and choose "Catherings Online Scripts Keyboard"
-Press "p" on keyboard player's will be shown in middle down of your screen. to see your name : Press "]"
-To make that player level X you need to give him cash. to give cash simply press "x" on keyboard.
