Thx Smile

Use OpenIV to open the common.rpf then look for the weaponinfo.xml in the data folder.
Extract it and edit it with Needle. For the Annihilator edit the "MINIGUN".

Non-stop

For Rapid Fire change the time between shots to something like 0.1 and also increase the Clip Size.
