I don't think this patch addressed that issue. Treyarch claim there's no error within the server. Only time will tell if they'll ever fix it.

The patched fixed my main account though so it might work.

I hope they fix theater mode i got a few quad feeds i was waiting to record for a montage and i cant play the videos :(

this patch is for the game freezing up on people during the times the game finishes matches & your switching to create a class or in the multiplayer menu normally where it froze for me but possibly different for others

Did they patch all the glitches that we found in zombies and multiplayer? I really hope not...
