Just use this code in the Save Editor to add "pokee doke ERROR MESSAGE ERROR MESSAGE" to your backpack or bank.
You may have to change the game stage of the item to 50.
I know this isn't exactly new, but since the save editor is relatively new to PS3, there are users who still do not know this.

open your save in Gibbed's save editor.
go to the backpack section.
click the "Paste Code" option.
it's now in your backpack.
change the game stage on the item to 50 (it may be fine at what ever it is at i haven't tested it)
