You need a Jailbroken PS3 or a friend with a Jailbroken PS3 to put on the modded GTA IV file on to the PS3 hard drive. there is no other way to mod GTA IV with a mod menu, i'm unsure if there are even save game type modz + even if there is it will me campaign only.

You need a Jailbroken PS3 in order to get the mod menu onto the PS3. To play online, you need to find a way to get online on a CFW PS3, which is risky since you can get banned. OR data transfer to a OFW 4.31 PS3

iv had a couple of people send me theres then i mod it then send back but its not something i like to do very often.

Yeah ps3 has a mod menu after CFW I have seen it on youtube.
