3rd Person Mode Reticles

What this does is give you a reticle for 3rd person mode with your jet, it can be hard for some people to use it.

To do, basically get in the jet you desire, then switch over to 1st person mode, in there you should use Free look and view change (R3 + Dpad-down) Then Switch to 3rd person view.
to make it clear, while looking anywhere inside the cockpit using free look, change your jet view.
both done at the same time result in a reticle showing up in 3rd person mode.

Notes
This may not work the first time, just keep doing it until it shows up.
This doesnt work with the F-35 in Back to Karkand.
