What would happen, would i lose my patch or would it go onto bogt aswell? Please help it just that i dont want to lose my patch and just wondered if it would carry over?

pretty sure you need to dl it on retail ps3 transfer to jb the change .img files on both tbogt and reg gta4 the data transfer back to retail and it will work

no, you won't lose your "patch". it won't carry over to tbogt either, you need an image for that to work.
