I don't have a Critical CC I don't think, but I have a Reactive Conference Call. It has fire elemental damage and it requires you to be a level 50 to use it. I can put another type of elemental damage on it if you don't want the fire one. If you're interested let me know and I can dupe them now.

Edit: I do have a Critical CC if you'd like it. I'm not sure what the stats are though.
