Can't really mod the monster levels since patch. Only can Mod Raid Bosses which are 800 exp.

You could always open up your save using the Borderlands 2 Gibbed savegame editor and change your character to level 50 if it hasn't been patched already.

First of all you can still mod the enemies levels after the patch ive done it also i can host a level50 modded lobby if you dont know how to use gibbed editor just add me on psn SwEeT_ToOtH808

all you have to do once you are in is turn in the missions I tell you to. Takes a few seconds and is all done in sanctuary. there is no need to travel to fight enemies

Gibs save editor can help with any simple mods pretty much.
