The game which im trying to mod is GTA 4. I have backed up the game already. (im using Multi Man (latest version)). Now i am a complete NOOB at this. Can someone please tell me how do i mod GTA 4?

I see videos of people using 'mod manager'. Iv downloaded mod manager pkg files and installed them but when i load up the game it is never there in my phone menu. Am i doing something wrong here?

Can some give me a brief run-through of what to do. Basicly what i want to do is be able to mod gta and do stuff like teleport places and make my car invincible and stuff. Please someone explain how it works in a way where a newbie like me would understand it.Like where do you get mod files from? how do u install mod files?, How do you get mod manager?
