Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I downloaded the Ballad of Gay Tony dlc from psn store. Got on GTA 4, went to the game menu, game , new, and it didnt have TBoGT. WTF DO I DO????

If its not in your Phone then call Sony or go to their official site and see if the game downloaded to your account.
