THE GLITCH

So at the end of the mission for At the Summit of Apocrypha you have to fight and kill Miraak. When you get him down to a low amount of health he whirlwind shouts to a nearby pool of that weird liquid and goes to the middle of the tower and calls upon one of the dragons flying around the tower (Remember there are three dragons in total which includes the dragon you rode in on). He then proceeds to suck the soul from the dragon thus recovering his health and killing that dragon. You will then see that Miraak is still in the center not moving and basically glitched there and no matter how many times you attack him he does not die. This glitch is quite the pain in the ass and hopefully bethesda patches it out soon.......

MY SOLUTION

When at the tower and Miraak is giving you like a whole speech before the fight. Kill the two dragons on the towers first and kill the dragon you rode in on. KILL the dragon you rode in on?? YES KILL HIM... Miraak can soul suck that dragon as well. If the Dragons are flying around and you can't attack them use Bend Will Dragon shout to make them land... (NOT DRAGONREND). So after you kill all the dragons first and it's just you and Miraak, you will be able to beat him with no problem of glitching.
