Ok, so basically what I mean by basing this patch on LCPDFR, is I want to make a patch for GTA4 PS3 that will allow you to spawn police, medic, and fire vehicles. And also will have uniform options.

I know I can not have custom vehicles, but would it be possible to make the headlights on the Emergency vehicles flash fast? Like when you toggle the emergency lights is there a way to make the headlights flash at a fast rate like realistic emergency vehicles?

This would help to make the Police, medic, and fire cars/trucks more realistic and fun.

Will do. I will release on NGU. I already have the everything done. Just want to add the flashing headlights and then I will pretty much be done. I've already made the Cars Spawn menu and Uniform Menu. Adding some other stuff to. I will try to see if there is also a way to increase the sound of the Police Radio so you can hear calls and so on.

In the latest version of The Pink House Menu there is a script that add's flashing lights to any vehicle
Then change your player into a cop and there you go

There is? Hmm. I'll check it out. And most people who are gonna do "Realistic" Police/Fire/EMS maybe don't want to use a menu full of stuff they won't use. Not to mention Pink House crashes alot So thats why I will be making a small menu with everything someone needs to do Realistic stuff as I stated above.
