How to do it:
- Purchase Acrobat (signature skill) level 3, will cost you around 4000 VC for all 3 levels.
- Get in a game.
- Double tap square and then hold square to do the euro step.
- Get consecutive threes!

*Will work with Acrobat level 2 but you will not make it in if there is tight D on you. Only if you are wide open.

I don't know if this works online yet. Haven't tried it online and don't plan on, but it works perfectly in MyCareer. You can easily get a A+ grade and get 60 PPG giving you a shit ton of VC!

Euro Step is a basketball move in the game

NBA 2K13 is a basketball game for consoles and PC. Euro Step is a certain move, and I am exploiting it. So, I do not see how region has to do anything with this.
