(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have had gta 4 for a while now and i have came across a number of modder/hackers doing crazy things i was wondering is it possible to get any type of mod menu or script mods if i dont have a jtag xbox

Nope, you need a modded console.
