In step 4 do you mean the PSN of the person you're borrowing the car from, or your PSN?

Enter the PSN of the save game.

It sounds like you took the .exe out of the folder it was in.
You must run the application in the folder, it is depending on those files being in the folder with it.

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application." What's going on??

Does this work with gt5 and all updates, or do I need a ps3 with gt5 without update?

Any Disc with Patch 2.11 (Current patch as of 27th Feb,2013)

It works sometimes, other times I get an unhandled exception

Copy the savegame to your PC, some USB keys have very slow seek/write times.
The application presumes your computer can decrypt the file in just a few milliseconds.

I tried my PSN Id and still saying PSN not found....

  • If you are sure you entered the PSN of the savegame exactly (it's case sensitive).
  • None of the above worked
  • Still cannot use the application correctly.
  • Upload the GT5.0 and param.pfd files from your save game to mediafire & send me the link.

UPDATE:
I've included msvcr100.dll in the application folder.
I also changed some code which might fix the incorrect "PSN not found" error.

I know, it did for me also, i used both versions before which both worked.

*edit* Probably has to do with me making a shortcut for the program *edit*

Both versions work perfect, sorry for the confusion.

Hello, I'm new to all this, and I would like to get some rarer and hybrided cars from my friends. However, I don't have access to Winzip, Winrar, etc. Is there any way I could download an unzipped version, or one that has already been unzipped?

Firts thank you for this tool!!:y::y::y: I have 2 accounts on the same PS3. I use 2 different brand of USB drives. A SanDisk Cruzer 8 GB and a PQI 8 GB. The app works great on one account with the SanDisk drive but on the other account using the PQI drive I get the same message PSN not found. I have copied this save to a directory on my C drive hard drive. I have the folder labeled PS3 and the save file in that folder. I have also tried it from the USB drive as well and still get PSN not found. Is this app designed to work with only one account? That is the only explanation I can think of. I have another SanDisk drive coming to try it out.

You may ask why I haven't tried it with the SanDisk I have. The answer is I want to keep the 2 accounts seperated. I am on a lot of medications due to a severe back injury and my memory is not real good. It would be just my luck that I would copy the wrong file to the wrong account. This way I don't have to remember which is which. My new SanDisk drive is a different color and I will label them to prevent such a brain accident.

I have the same problem with the GT5 Editor. It works great with one account and not with the other. Save data is copied to the computer for both applications. So it seems that that both these apps are for one account per PS3. If I an incorrect someone please tell why this is happening. I can live with both apps working on one account. Also neither account is above 4MB. The account it works with is 2.06 MB and the other it doesn't work with is 3.26 MB. Any answer of help is greatly appreciated. The Borrow app I am using is V2.11 and has the msvcr100.dll file in the folder with the .exe file.

PS I just found this site. I found it via Google searching for answers about the borrow app.
