I don't think its that simple. I see my PS3's account name is laced throughout in my GT5.0 file, not to mention there are a few of these GT5 files.

Use Bruteforce and open his own GT5 save. Then set PARAM.SFO as template. Then open someone else's save and open double click PARAM.SFO. click account and this should put your id in. Save and update Account id.
