in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

Here is the process I'm running to install the mod which is currently black screening for me

1. I updated to 1.8, and used Filezilla to FTP the Update.bsa and Update.esm to my desktop

2. I then unpacked the bsa, and then merged the contents of the resources folder with the unpacked
update.bsa folder.

3. Opened BSAcommander to pack the new Update.bsa, then after it was packed I opened it in the
hex editor and changed the 5th line to "68"

4. Used Tessip to open the original Update.esm, then opened the levelers tower v32.esp.
Cut and pasted all of the records of the tower.esp to the original update.esm and saved as Update.ESM

5. FTP the files back to the PS3. Start Skyrim = Black Screen


What am I doing wrong here? Once again help would be greatly appreciated

sounds like you forgot to sanitize the esm after you copied all the entrys and didnt check for duplicate ids
