So let me start by explaining the process of Lowering Suspension in GT5

What you need to do:

• INGAME BUY Stage 3 Suspension
  I'm just Explaining mm, should work with Stage 2.

• Backup Savegame, PS3 > USB > PC

• Decrypt Savegame with;

• Open GT5.0 in Hxd (Included in the Bruteforce)

• The GT5.0 Example \\ Just the mm

• When done switching, Save GT5.0 and

• Obviously now, USB > PS3 > PLAY
  

Results :
-25 \ -25 mm

You are doing this :
Stock 5A = 90mm
Mod 3C = 60mm
The dots, are just because of the values i set.. doesn't need to be like mine, was just an example
Try to use value like 00/10 to actually see differences

00 makes a Vortex xD

in some cars, doesn't xD... since they are so high, you can't even set a value low that you can be happy with
Like Samba bus..... couldn't drop it, unless with signed hex.

you can do it in game...but i dont know if it has changes if you change the values with hxd...anyway...

Obviously can be done with other cars, 500F was just the example i used..
