go to your backpack or your bank and select a weapon or make a new one, then under backpack there is a button that says: Paste Code just press it and that's all you have to do
just make sure that the code looks like this:
BL2(hwAAAACsEgCEhgM/CiGT3WIoxBCM4f+/IoYHDBgY/v8LY4DCoIzh)

Just a little more detail In case you are very new, you need to have the BL2(...etc code copied to your clipboard before you click paste.
