After ecrypting and uploading to your PS3, change to a different. Then change back hacked one.

try changing 28 00 00 00 64 to 28 FF FF FF 64

What I figured out was that if you have more than one car you have to keep changing the value for every single car, so after you change the "00" to "FF" search for the hex number and keep replacing until your done. Hope this fixes your problem!
