Just get a Windows instalation CD and look for Bootcamp, with that you will be able to have a dualboot like me. I have an iMac but right now I'm using Windows 7.

winebottler (albeit outdated) and/or codeweaver's crossover. The former is free but old and may not work. The latter is payware. I'm certain that both of these will not require you to reboot and/or allocate any more resources from your Mac to host windows. They however do require the necessary dependencies. In this case the app requires .NET framework 2.0, to hack your cars you will also need .NET framework 4.0 as well as retaining that .NET framework 2.0
For the aforementioned virtualisation, there are VirtualBox which is vastly a freeware. Then there's VMWare Parallels and/or VMWare Fusion. VMWare is a pay product. Both requires a valid copy of windows in which you need to install and run, you'll also need to allocate enough resources so that windows can run happily alongside Mac. Its an overkill for doing trivial things and if your sole purpose with windows was purely just for that, nonetheless it is still a valid alternative method.
Last but not least there's the aforementioned bootcamp. Not quite sure how this works but if you don't mind rebooting just to run windows for instance and you have a copy of windows then there's also that alternative.
N.B.: If you elect to install a full blown windows, make sure it is a fairly recent copy (XP is probably the base minimum).

i'm running XP on bootcamp to use Brute Force/HXD, yeah it's a pain to restart from OSX but oh well, i only use windows for opening keygens and simple programs like these.
