Alright, not much of a tutorial, but it'll help those who just know a little about HxD get these cars. I shared the 5G yesterday, so that one should be spreading already. I tried sharing the JP Flag Color, however it seems that the people on my friends list can't borrow it, so I figured I'd just show you how to get it manually:

First, get a save with the X2010 as your selected car (with the first, white, paint-job on it). It should look like this in Hx

Then, to get the 5G, simply change the values to the ones shown in red below. It'll still show up as a X2010 in the garage, however it'll have the body, along with all the specs, of a normal 5G:

Finally, the values for the JP Flag Color:

That's it. It's basically just a body-swap between the normal X2010 and the X2010 JP Flag Color. There are also other body codes you can try. For example, the normal X2010's car code is 06 CC. The 5G is 07 0B, however there's also a Red Bull liveried 5G with the code 07 0F.


EDIT: They usually won't show up in your garage right away. Just give it a quick spin in the car wash and it should fix itself.

Fysho, You da man fysho :y:. Thank you for you effort in finding this. I tried but gave up and started entering rooms with Japan flags asking around to see if I could get one. Alot that did since most of what they typed I had no clue lol I'm still not sure why it cannot be borrowed maybe it's not on my regions' disk.......:thinkuch.

I think the car was originally going to be DLC. Like, you paid a dollar for the car, which would then go to some organization in Japan or something. For whatever reason though, it was never released. Not even the Japanese have it, as far as I know.

Ok the regular 5g and the jp flag worked, so thanks for that. but when I do the redbull livery 5g it just looks like a vettel. any ideas what im doing wrong?

I think it looks like a vettel because the vettel had the redbull livery on it already.

I used a white x2010 for the redbull 5g and the regular 5g I made worked but its white not the champagne color like in these pics. does starting color matter? and I seen chrome x1's is that in this code

For the 5G, you can pick a X2010 of whatever color you like, change it to the 5G, and the 5G will be that color. The 5G in the pic at the top of the page is the second color option for the X2010.

The 5G can be painted in GT Auto if you want. None of the others can be painted, I think. Not even through save game editing.
