i can't say what it is for sure on yours, but mine is the last value on E940 and the first value on E950 for front and rear downforce, the easiest way to find it is make a save with downforce setting as low as possible, and then another with the downforce maxed out, it's easier to find if you use a race car when comparing since there's both front and rear changes...
OMG thank you sooo much I should have just done that in the first place!
So here is my tutorial on how to take down force off of race cars.
I just compared two saves of a race car, one with high DF and one with low DF.
It works like the suspension mod where it will go back to default if you go into the tuning menu for suspension. so don't go into the wing settings after you mod or it will revert back to default. So you have to set the down force in the hex editor, 00 00 is no down force of course.
Front: 14= 20 | Rear 32 = 50 DF. As you can see that is the highest amount of DF you can get on this race car. You can convert normal numbers (dec.) to hex values through your computers built in calculator just use programmer mode and basic option through the view tab.
