I wanted to know if this is patched, if not umm Im a bit confused with how the Hex codes for the Dlc work.

What's the easiest way to read this data. is there a thread that show which offset does what? only interested in certain parts. don't care about stealths and I have paid chromes (which are more powerful than the standards so change everything)

it should be working. make sure you have typed the right values.
i created one few days ago and i even have EU account.

Thanks to all on this amazing thread.

I added all Chromeline, Stealth, and DLC cars to my garage solely from the info in this thread. including how to retain after a save or power-down.

NOTE:Offline of course!!
