adding DOWNFORCE to cars whatever they have wings or not



I don't know HOW TO CHANGE THE CAR's NAME?

Could any tell me here or in Private?

The "Fairlady Z 240ZG (HS30) '71" > "? ? ?"
but in garage it becomes "Fairlady Z 240ZG (HS30) '71"
even outside it only shows "???"

If you have more than one car as the same car name

e.g. 240ZG

check the RPM of Horsepower

find the name of car, above it , it shows a "rpm" data

for example 130ps/5500rpm

then it will be

5500!@$##^&$ Fairlady Z 240ZG (HS30) '71 etc

if you have tuned , e.g. 600ps/6100

it will be 6100!@$##^&$ Fairlady Z 240ZG (HS30) '71


The later car you get , the more bottom of the car will be.

If you are riding on the car , it would be on GT5.1 or GT5.2 if you have GT5.2...

I think most of youself have GT5.1



you can change the name only on the list (when you choose the car)....
but the Car Name in game / car show of the garage (the car spinning in garage)...
That's a kind of GAME DATA but not SAVE DATA as I Tried.

Maybe there are some guys can even change the GAME DATA
but they do no share.

Soupie its interesting you said to terminate before the OE. I had found out how to edit my Bobs names on my own. But I obliterated the OE in that string you mentioned with "Michael Schumacher". Ive since seen many of you mention not to go past the OE. Ive had no trouble since obliterating the OE for the drivers names. Interesting. Ill keep and eye out for that from now on just in case...

can you only do one car with that name i have two accord euro-r but it will only find one ????

Another little note, changing the vehicles name only appears in your garages list of vehicles. If you view the cars details it will still show its original name. If you send or share the car the it reverts back to it's proper name.

In HxD, about a week. :p Its the best free hex editor I've seen.



I can find both cars in my account, r u sure both cars have exactly the same name? Keep pressing F3 to search for the next string and keep the search as simple as possible i.e. "accord"

If the other car is older and your save game is bigger than one file. So a 5.0 and a 5.1 part.
Than one car could be in the 5.1 part, the older one in the 5.0.

kk thanks alot soupie never knew about F3 now how to take off spoilers on standard cars and my drift life with gt5 is complete

Find The GT5.1
The car you are riding on , most of the time is in GT5.1 file....

Nope.
only have GT5.0, then crack the GT5.0
It must be in the GT5.X file
if you have many cars or information you would have the GT5.1 or even GT5.2
