It just seemed to be different from when you said it initially. It still isn't fair that even if one purchases paint pack they end up getting random DLC paint chips instead of the complete set.
Inevitably if such information were to be leaked for the greater good, its bound to happen even if levels out those like us who have legitimately paid for certain DLC items. Just like DLC cars I'm certain we've all more or less have already done damage to PD
Regardless, what is important is that if PD were to really crack down on this they will. The rate of hacked cars are being produced has grown quite dramatically and really, hiding DLC paints from the rest of the hacking commuity for instance isn't going to slow that momentum down. I'm certain if the OP never bothered to release this info, someone else will. Its only (and has always been) a matter of time.

Not true, buying a dlc paint set will get you all dlc paints. But only one chip of each.
By painting a car, gifting it to another account/borrow glitching it, and recover the save game before using the paint chip would let you paint many cars the same color.
Buying gear (helmets and suits) will only get you a selection of all dlc gear.

That is a special version. Looks like a soft black, decals and stuff is part of the car body.
So you cant paint an other car with the livery if that is what you are after.

Is every one here using the Hex-Editor to paint Body and Rim or is there also some using the GT5 editor or Garage editor, I am not able ( yet ) to use the Hex-Editor.
Since I can do all I want with the GT5 Editor and Garage editor, I have had no need so far, but if it is not possible to use the code ( that I know now how to create ) to paint Body & Rim in those 2 mentioned tools, I will learn Hex-Editor.
