Will the stuff like Toe and Camber need to be adjusted to be stable to straight aways or should I keep it 0? I started hacking the car since yesterday and it was easy, just need to know what I can do now.

Just going to give you my two cents about toe and camber. If you're planning on going straight keep everything at 0. The more tire contact to the ground the more stability and traction. Also you want a stiffer spring rate/damp/compression.
