Since lots of information is given by NGU, we decided to write a little application to use with it.
We never had the intension to make an hybrid only tool, so we needed to organize some structure.
But PD tries to make it difficult for us, but we all united can BEAT them!
And it is finally there, in all it's glory, 1.6, 2.14 patch proof!
You can:
Change A-spec/B-spec level
Upgrade/downgrade Credits
Move gamedays (in case you search for a specific car from the UCD)
Gold Licenses
Gold Special events (good to do Vettel, as DS3 player)
Gold A-spec/B-spec events
Change current car to NCD/OCD
Disconnect your borrowed car
Enable/Disable special menu
Globally prevent resetting of your 2.11 hybrids
Reset OCD and UCD
Modify Race Number and font type (for self-created RM/Stealth cars)
And of course do an big amount of things to your car to hybrid it!

For now, this is it! If major bugs come up, we will fix it...hopefully.
Coding has been re-structured and flaws in the car's database has been solved (not all).
Bugs (real ones) have been solved, stolen sources will be detected as we can simulate the bugs!

- Possible Solutions for your problem -
- Download You must login or register to view this content.
- Manually save GT5 in-game before using the tool (Red button in GT Life)
- Skip spaces in the directory structure to your savegame
- Start the tool by clicking the .exe (no shortcut)
- If you move an save from account x to account y. A single restart of GT5 will not solve your PSN issue.
- In case you wonder if anything else gets installed, read the thread. Most has been spoken about
- In case you don't know what something means (Bruteforce, resigning save etc) use the search function on NGU.
- PM's with questions that are not my tool related will be ignored
- PM's with requests to build in things without supplying the correct info to do so, will be ignored.

The problem seems to be very simple.
If anybody runs into the by now known-weird "decrypting" error, PLEASE RE-DOWNLOAD the version
Version 1.5a AND version 1.5b has been tested by keyster and both work now

just dowloaded G.E. 1.5a when i open it up to use it i get an error message titled pdftool.exe saying this application failed to initialize properly press ok to terminate application i googled the error code but nothing informative on how to fix the program jst how to fix on windows which i tried and program still dont work also i am having an issue with it not being able to find my psn when i have saved the data as specified in order to fix the problem and it still continues anyones help is greatly appreciated thanks

Sorry to hear your having issues with the software.
Pfdtool.exe is an external program that flat_z released, which we use to decrypt the savegames before modifying.
Unfortunately this seems to be a windows problem that your facing.
And we all know windows is a labyrinth of bugs and patches....
Did you try to update windows yet? (IE -> Windows update of configuration settings -> windows update)
Edit:
My first google matches told me it might be a permissions issue. Did/could you try to run as administrator?

i figured out the pdftool.exe problem, set it to run as administrator works great now....BUT..... it still wont find my psn, i have saved the game numerous times numerous ways and yes i tried going into gt5 and saving it at the gt life menu and i am not starting the program from a shortcut what else could i possibly be doin wrong that this just wont work lol plz and thank you for any help offered

OK, so one problem solved...on to the next!
We are aware of the bug in finding PSN, that is solved, but the newer version isn't out yet.
What you could try (haven't tested this, so bare with me)....
Load a save, when prompted for not finding PSN, just click OK.
Fill in the correct PSN name in the textbox and press "load car info".
It might bypass the PSN search although I cannot confirm it now as I'm at work...
If it didn't worked, you have to use 1.5 or wait for the latest version which will come any day.

ok so i downloaded 1.5 it worked for career but not the hp mod still runs as if normal the paint mod worked and body mod but it still runs like shit put hp at 200 in program and then changed the oil in the game didnt do anything tho got any tips for the hp mod or am i shit out of luck until the new update comes out for 1.5a sorry ima a pain in the ass lol

Yeah read various threads where they discuss about HP modifications etc.
You can upgrade HP by swapping engines, you can 'kinda' slam your car by swapping suspension etc.
Not everything is possible anymore on 2.14...
