I do want to only swap wheels, as example so that we can use Camaro 69 RM wheels (huge) on any car.

Please do not tell me to simply buy a camaro and do a engine, tranny, body, chassis swap, etc. Id like to have the actual car showing up in the garage instead of having tons of camaros in the car list.

This is exactly what I have been trying to figure out. I saw a picture of an integra which had what looked like Nascar wheels fitted to the rear, but they were actually flush inside the arches like a drag racer.

I have tried buying an RM 69 Camaro and then adding the body of the normal premium Camaro. The body seemed to reset the cars chassis back to standard, althought the thumnail still shows the RM...

I've been at this for a couple days as well.

I believe this is going to have to be done in brute force.

The body's seem to have the wheel values in them in the apps. I had everything setup as a Camaro only changing the body to a mr2 and the car has stock mr2 wheels that had been placed where the camaros rims would be.

Hmm...I'm looking to do this as well and have had no luck comparing HEX files between saves. I'm trying to swap Murcielago SuperVeloce wheels onto my Bugatti Veyron, then paint them Orange to get the Veyron SuperSport look.

I saw a guy with a GTR Nur Spec with the track tires with the yellow 'GOODYEAR' printed on them and to looks very...track-day-ish, which I liked. Before I could ask, he disappeared.

Ghostface, could you just say whether your using an F1 style of chassis on that '69 Camaro or not so people will stop asking how you get those big wheels on another car? The pictures could be photoshopped,but I don't think so.

While comparing saves to figure out how to paint my wheels gold chrome, I noticed something but ran out of time. I had a car with white radvan rgII's, then painted them red. I figured out the paint portion, but then noticed values a few offsets below the power multiplier were also changing. I play with those tonight and see what happens...assuming I compared the right file.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out someone found how to change the tire profiles from one car to another. You could do it on GT3 with a Gameshark. I would put the wheel profile from one of the Ruf's on my cars to have that wide wheel under the rearend. It looked good back then.

why not change the chassis with a wider rear and see what happens
