(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I recently found out how to increase grip on your tyres. It's as simple as multiplying your BHP. Really? Yes, really.

Look for your BHP multiplier. You should see a 64 on the right, next to it. Then look for the next 64. THAT's your grip multiplier. Change this value to FF and you should have maximum grip. Beware; the car will become undriveable @ FF grip. Wheelies and stoppies. If you steer sharply at high speed you will start to drive on 2 wheels, and you will make instant stoppies.

Edit: I just gave the tyres a 50% increase in grip instead of 255x. Still a little wheelspin from a stand still @ approx. 1450 BHP. Cornering and braking is still no fun either. Im trying to find the sweet spot. Little to no nose raise, and no stoppies. I will keep you guys updated.

Edit 2: And, after some tweaking, you can achieve this, like me:

This 2JZ Honda S2000 '06 has the grip settings set to 140% if I'm not mistaken. Value 8C.

And yes, this IS realistic. Just take a look at this:

Hi Guys,

Great work here.

What does grip effectively change? Is it normal for PP to rise as grip is increased?

is it raising downforce without being actually registered in the aero numbers?

They will work fine for you. But the people around you will hardly to not see you pulling wheelies. I think this has to do with the quality of the race which is set before the lobby opens.

Grip only affects grip. As far I know, it doesn't affect PP. Please don't cheat in those maximum PP rooms... There's no pleasure in winning if you're cheating.

oh, dont worry about me, i dont race online unless its in a private room, i am just messing around with this stuff and was curious how it works, i had a 500pp silvia and when i added grip it went to 54X pp, or so it appeared, i may have inadvertently changed something else, but i couldnt figure it out.

thanks for the reply.

In my experience raising grip DOES increase the cars PP rating.

On my Schwimmenwagen i replaced the 64 with 90 and since it has 420K hp it does 600mph wheelies lol

EDIT

I wonder if increasing the grip on the 66 bug will finally get it to roll over online...?
