Compare the Nissan Gran Tourismo Skyline GT-R '01 with the Nissan Gran Tourismo Skyline GT-R (PACE) '01. Both are standard, one with lights, one without. I would try and use unmodified versions so the hex is easier to compare.

As someone already said, lights coms with the body.

If you don't believe it you can test it yourself by changing the body code for
Nissan GRAN TURISMO SKYLINE GT-R (PaceCar) '01 ( 01ED )
from
Nissan GRAN TURISMO SKYLINE GT-R '01 ( 0302 )

Lights will disappear....
